“We have been taking our cars here for years for oil changes and repairs. They are always so helpful and take the time to explain things. If you are looking for that special place that you can trust with your cars, this is it. What prompted me to write this review is when I took our van in for inspection prior to purchasing it. Steve was extremely helpful, listened to all of my concerns. He took the time to look at everything and explain things to me. The van was making a strange noise that others couldn't figure out and he was spot-on with what was causing it! Thanks Steve!”

“Honest mechanics were a thing of legend and lore where I come from. Well are pigs flying?? I spoke with the owner today and he's a straight shooter, and he says what he means and means what he says. . Way more affordable than other dealerships. Very friendly staff. Highly recommend.”

“We took our BMW to this shop last week to have the radiator replaced. They were able to get us in and have it replaced within the same day. We had another issue with the vehicle over the weekend so took it back on Monday. We found out it was an issue with the fuel injector. We've been having issues with this for nearly a year, took it to the BMW dealership in Boulder who never identified the issue or fixed the problem. In less than 24 hours these guys found the issue and had it fixed. They also replaced a coil that was going bad because they had an extra in the shop. Can't say enough great things about them! We'll be taking all of our vehicle business here from now on.”

“Top customer service and very helpful,after Chevrolet and Firestone gave me a wrong diagnostic like i need to change the engine for about $8000 which was really wrong ,they are not to be trusted at all...Foreign Auto found the correct issue with my Chevy Cobalt and make the car run ,i need it only the alternator to be changed,Foreign Auto Service did a great job and the prices are so good ... i will use them again for sure A+++

“This family owned and operated business has AMAZING customer service... and with the unfortunate circumstances I had to go in there for (installing an interlock for my vehicle) everything ran smoothly and was very time efficient.... they treat you like a customer and not another number, or nuisance to society. After payment for my interlock, the owner, Steve was kind enough to drive my vehicle around (which I had just purchased earlier in the week) for a test drive to check some concerns I had. I can happily say that I now have a great auto machanic whom I feel comfortable going to. I highly recommend these guys!”

I went in to get an oil change and had a weird scraping noise coming from my drivers side rear rim.I ask while they had it on the lift if they could check and see what that was, thinking it may have been a piece of debris.10 minutes later the tech came out and asked me to come check out what they found.

All four calipers bolts were loose but the back two had missing bolts completely and the sound I was here was the caliper rubbing the inside of my wheel gouging and huge scrape on the inside. If the caliper had jammed it could have jammed the wheel and I could have a had a real bad day in the future.The tech dug thru his own tool box and found similar bolts replacing them and tightening the others for the cost of my oil change (which is the most reasonable in town anyway).I really appreciate what these guys did and do and I have sent anyone in the area that needs service to these guys.Glad to have found a solid shop.”

“The best auto repair shop I have dealt with in the last 10+ years. I have a 2009 Nissan Murano --- was about ready to give up on it and buy a used car after several places told me I had a transmission issue. I brought it here --- they took it in right away and an hour later knew what was wrong --- and told no transmission issue -- I had a torn boot causing power issues in my car. They fixed it and my Nissan is like brand new --- for much much much less than buying a used car. Then I had to get it emission tested -- and one of the sensors for emissions would not get to "Ready" status after the repairs. I brought the car back here -- and the owner personally drove my car up to his home in the mountains to evaluate the sensors --- brought it back the next day with the sensor cleared. He only charged me for the gas to drive it. They have won a customer as long as I live in this area --- I will take all of my cars here. They treat you very open and honest --- explain clearly what is wrong with the car --- and fair pricing. Very professional and great people.”

“Steve & his team were wonderful back in early May of 2018 for my Lancer. My transmission had blown on Saturday morning, and after searching around for quotes from other auto shops in the area, Steve personally called me while he was at dinner with his family notifying me he had found a replacement transmission that would work for me car at a price I was able to agree on.

His team made sure I had my vehicle in time in time for family and friends arriving before Memorial Day weekend. I will continue to take my auto car work to Steve's team.”

“This is the second time I took my vehicle in to these guys and they took good care of me both times. The work was done right and at a fair price. I have a 99 Pathfinder that had some worn front end parts which I was quoted on and agreed to the price. Here's the good stuff I get a call the next morning and Gary tells me some of the parts had a life time warranty and he was able to get them for free WHAT!!!! They could have pocketed the money if they wanted. THANK YOU GUYS!!!!! The 99 Pathfinder lives on.

“Phenomenal service!! These guys know what they're doing and it shows. Before I even walked in, they spoke with me in great detail when I called ahead for a quote, answering all of my questions honestly and patiently. When I showed up for my appointment, the first man I spoke to on the phone even remembered a small tidbit I'd mentioned about my life, and the rest of the team made a point to ask me about it as well. Steve is SUPER great, and a few minutes in, took me back to my car once he'd figured out the issues and showed me everything in-person and up-close. If I weren't moving, I would come back to these guys again and again! Thanks for all the help!”

They didn't try to sell me a bunch of extra stuff, they were kid friendly (they turned the TV on and let me change the channels to help me keep my kids occupied while we waited), and they were super friendly! “I came in for an alignment and an issue with my CEL. After going to the Mercedes Benz dealership, I realized that I could save money on the parts AND the labor by going to this team of specialists. They gave me great advice, and even saved me about $200 on new brakes and rotors. They work very fast, which can only save you more money in the cost of labor. I have a few other things to fix on the car, and I can't imagine sending the vehicle to anyone else. Staff at the front desk is amazing. Not only are they easy to talk to, but they are knowledgeable and very thorough in their explanations of what they will be working on and what costs to expect. “Just moved out to the Denver area very recently, and with that comes a lot of necessary expenses. While trying to get settled and in to my new place and a new area I had a freak accident with my car. After an over night snow storm I got in my car real early to meet some friends and do some skiing. As I am about to pull into my friends house I drive down an unplowed road and run over some snow that had frozen over night. This caused my oil cooler and bolt to break causing a crack in the engine block. Bam, new engine needed. New to the area I didn't know where to go. I call Triple A to tow me away. I tell the driver my story, telling him I have no idea where to go. Immediately he recommends Foreign Automotive. He starts talking about how honest and good these guys are. I could only go by his opinion. So I said great lets go there. As soon as I get there, my car went up right away, they determined the problem and already had a solution for me and an engine lined up. I knew this wasn't going to be cheap, so I call my insurance company and when I told them what I needed, they were quick to say it was totaled and they probably wouldn't cover the damage but they would still come take a look at it. He said he wouldn't be able to come out till the following week. But the owner Steve said he would meet him the following day which was Saturday. Which to me was above and beyond what he needed to do. So I had to sweat it out the next 24 hours till the insurance company would call me and tell me if they would cover me or not. I finally get a call, with my fingers crossed and holding my breath he said 'Matt your a lucky man, we can cover you' He went on to say that 90% of the time he would have deemed my car totaled. He told me I picked the right place to go to, and he didn't know any other places that would have done what Steve and the guys at Foreign Automotive did. And for that I am forever grateful. I live in Denver but after this experience and how great Steve and the team at Foreign Automotive were to me I will always go out of my way to get my car to them. I highly highly recommend these guys for anything you need done on your car. Very knowledgeable and most importantly HONEST!!!”

“Found FAST on Groupon when the Jeep dealership wanted to charge me a stupid amount of money to fix my AC. I live downtown Denver so Broomfield is quite a hike for me but when Jeep surprisingly enough wanted to charge me an asinine amount of money to fix my car again I thought of Foreign Automotive. I called and told them what I needed, they offered to give me quote before hearing what Jeep wanted to charge me. They saved me $1000 dollars!! Not only did they save me money but Steve took pictures and showed me exactly what and how he fixed my car!! I don't usually write reviews but this definitely deserved one. Steve, Titus and Chris were very helpful and will definitely be getting my business again. Oh and I even have a credit for a carwash because it snowed today! “This is a great place to go for all your repair needs. They can fix everything you need done, and they do it quickly too. I dropped my car off on Tuesday and it was done the next day after replacing a timing belt, water pump, rear shocks & struts, and fixing my exhaust header leak. That's a lot of work in a short amount of time. I definitely recommend taking your car here, especially if you are a Subaru owner like myself. They even wash your car after they are done working on it. The owner is a great guy and easy to talk to. He will explain everything to you with no BS. “Was out of town with no money. This was the only mechanic available. Checked out my car and didn't charge me. Diagnosed the problem but put no pressure on me to fix sense it wasn't a problem that kept me from leaving town. Was very nice and informative and took the time to show me exactly what the problem was. Said prob was 1 engine mount. But turned out they were all bad. Charged only 1/2 hr. labor because they'd already quoted a price. Overall they were available, attentive, and friendly. Would recommend.”

“Honestly hands down the best mechanic I've ever been to. The owner was the one working on my car (I have a Toyota Camry) he was very professional, patient, and courteous. At first it was just to have a routine check up and he found little problems on my car that could of been fatal. He let me watch and learn what was going on while he was working on my car. Full of knowledge and also he straightened my crooked steering wheel, and did a full alignment for a very far price. I'm very impressed with the work done on my car, and I will be returning for any future work on my car. Excellent doesn't even describe the service! phenomenal is a better word.”

“I recently had the need for repairs on my 07 Nissan Altima. Being new to the area I asked some coworkers where I could find a GOOD auto repair shop in the Westminster area. I was told about the FAST shop in Broomfield. I found the number on line and called. I was greeted by a gentleman named Bob who was very savey and well versed on my problem. (My car was beginning to have alot of hesitation and was stalling on a regular basis) Bob put me at ease about my issues and explained a couple different things that could be causing my problems. He set up a time for me to come in, they got my car in to a bay in less than 30 minutes, and Bob called me within the hour to let me know that my catylitic converter (CAT) was causing my problem. He was ready with a quote and comparitive pricing from the DEALER, WOW, what a difference!! They took care of the repair and had my car back to me that afternoon. Bob came and got me at my job, and took me back to the shop to get my car. When is the last time your repair shop did that for you. I am really impressed with these guys, I even got to meet and talk with the 'TECH' that repaired my vehicle,Ken, a very sharp guy and seemed to really know his stuff. He has numerous awards on the wall to demonstrate it. Can't say enough about these guys or the shop. I don't see myself going anywhere else for my auto repair needs from here on out!!”

They gave me a discount as a student because they could tell I was stressed about the financial commitment of getting my car fixed. They were very patient with me being indecisive. Steve looked up Car Fax for me and went over the previous repairs my car had gotten to determine if I needed the fixes they were suggesting. He did a free inspection of my timing belt (which is difficult to get to). The price was amazing for the amount of work that they did. They even washed my car before giving it back to me. They did a whole list of repairs in a day and a half because they knew I needed to get on the road for a road trip I was taking. So far the car has run perfectly and the air conditioning is like new.”

“These guys are AMAZING!! My husband knows a lot about cars and has always fixed ours, but didn't have the air power tools so we took our car to them. They charged us half of what other places were charging and even our oil change was half the price of tires plus! My husband is gone for weeks at a time and they have helped me numerous times with my car when he's been away AND drove me and my daughter home and picked us up when it was done! Mind you, I live over 30 minutes away! They are all incredibly helpful and knowledgable and we won't go to anyone else. Do yourselves a favor and see them!!! A+++++”

Without hesitation they ran a diagnostics test and found the problem, stayed about an hour past their regular business hours to work on my car.
